world cup's starting in 1h45mins time! and england is gonna win this world cup wahahaha.
lets see, some highlights from my holidays. maybe due to the world cup fever, everyone seems to want to play soccer recently, and that meant weijin went to organize another match against his friend's team. turned out it was more of a ex-RV team vs a ex-SJI team. our team's superbly clever keeper thought boon keng was in boon lay and decided to wander off in dreamland for another hour or so. ended up had to play the first half with ME as the keeper. and somehow marvellous things happen with me in the goalpost; things like long term stoning and a commendable lag time. forgot to bring my shin guards. almost died from colliding with someone from the opposite team who was twice my size and with his stud into my ankle, plus many other misc injuries here and there. but oh well, it was a good time to catch up with one another, especially that zhengyang, who was still as corny as ever and still much of an england fanatic.
we had KFC after the match. apparently everyone was amazed how i can finish a LARGE whipped potato at a single shot. and i must commend KFC on its wonderful deceptive advertising. they had this buddy meal with 2 piece chicken, 2 drinks, 2 small whipped potato and 2 small coleslaw PLUS a superman bucket. it seems to me that the bucket led many of us to believe that it was SUPPOSED to be filled with something, like popcorn chicken or chicken but in fact it was meant to be empty. apparently it was meant to contain something, but not supposed to contain anything.
wednesday was ultra fun. had a camp meeting in the morning, then we proceeded on to cine to watch The Omen. quite a nice show, except i didn't like the ending because i didn't know there was supposed to be a sequel to it. i feel so cheated of my feelings and money. anyway, we decided to wander off a little in cine shopping. and i spent my time and money klong-ing that klonging machine in cine. that klong-ing machine which dispenses plastic balls filled with disney handphone tags. AND i got a stitch! bwahahaha and i'm so amazed that my stitch can light up! okie enough of that, we went separate ways to gather the necessary things for our night activity in school.
we happened to pass by taka main square to hear the familar tune of our national harmoc's pieces. turned out to be really them. so malu-ating to be screaming out our friends names in public. but i'm sure they'll appreciate the encouragement haha.
hehe our night activity involved barricading ourselves inside hall control throughout the night to play mahjong, dota, bridge, daidee, poker blah blah and of course, sleeeeep. and elton even had the crazy idea of playing badminton at 3am in the morning in the gym! i didn't mind, except they were a little unwilling to tag alone, especially boss, who claimed that he didn't want any unexpected meetings with creatures from the other plane. ended up me, elton and mouse amused ourselves with diner dash from yahoo games and laughing at how elton panics until intense pressure. i hope jestyn's laptop screen wasn't disfigured by elton's way of rapidly jabbing the screen with the stylus.
eventually we lasted till morning and went to KAP to eat our breakfast. i was almost considered to be sleep walking if not for the fact that i knew i was walking.
had a super muggy day this morning. went to school to mug maths and i finished 3 chapters worth of revision exercises. yes i know thats NOT a lot so if you have done more than me please dun tell me so. well if you haven, i dun mind you telling me, i could do well with some encouragement during this muggy world cup holidays =)
recently have been faced with a barrage of headaches. and elton tells me it may be low blood pressure. i hope nothing's wrong. i wonder if i can counter low blood pressure by consuming more salt wahahaha. maybe i should consider bathing in seawater. oh wells, 1h20mins more to the world cup starting match!
